Welcome to the Toronto Rent Bank Program, operated by Neighbourhood Information Post. This application is developed and maintained to assist low-income renters in Toronto with applying to, or determining their eligibility for, the Toronto Rent Bank Program.

By creating and using an online account with the Toronto Rent Bank's Online Application Program, you ("you", "your", or "User") agree to be legally bound by the terms outlined below. If you do not accept these Terms of Use, you will not be permitted to access or use the Online Application Program.

1. Purpose and Scope

This Online Application Program is provided by Neighbourhood Information Post. It allows eligible users to create an account, log in securely, and submit required information for consideration in the Toronto Rent Bank Program.

2. Collection and Use of Personal Information

By using this Online Application Program, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and secure storage of your personal information (“Personally Identifiable Information” or “PII”) for the purpose of:

Your data will not be used for commercial purposes or shared outside authorized Toronto Rent Bank Program workers without your consent, unless required by law.

3. Account Registration and Access

To access the Online Application Program, you must:

  • Immediately report any suspected unauthorized access or misuse of your account.
